The Mann Express Program is great for real estate investments, 2nd homes, retirement homes or someone looking to get the most square footage of house for their money.
How it Works:
Mann Express is a Pre-Construction form of real estate investing. It consists of four (4) floor plans with three (3) different elevations. We are able to stream line our process by taking a lot of the “CUSTOM” building process out of a Mann Express home. This leads to a quicker and less expensive building process.
We can build a Mann Express home on your lot or one of our lots. A Mann Express home gives you instant equity in your property. Due to the streamlined building process we are able to cut building cost and pass these savings on to you, the customer, which in turns gives you instant equity in your investment property. Look into the cost of existing housing and you’ll quickly find prices of existing residences are much higher than the prices of a Mann Express home and lot package. Appraisals are based upon prices of similarly sized houses that have recently sold in the area.
